Rocket League AI Winter Major Predictions Updates

Edit: I built some code to manually update ratings during the major. However, that code was wrong somehow (still trying to figure out how). I reran the simulations now that all games from day 1 are available on Shift, and the new rankings should be correct. Mainly FaZe was way too low rated after their 1 loss. KC still took the favorites crown from them, but they're still second.
